Yookee Roh, PT, DPT
Dr. Yookee Roh received her doctorate of physical therapy from MCPHS University in Worcester, MA and started her career specializing in orthopedics. Through her clinical experience, she quickly developed a special interest in pelvic floor and furthered her education taking courses at Herman and Wallace. Yookee now treats an array of patient populations and is passionate about helping individuals return to their normal function. She prioritizes educating her patients about their body and hopes to minimize stigma associated with pain, injury, and pelvic health.
Having been an athlete growing up, Dr. Roh understands the frustrations of healing from injuries. She swam competitively in high school and college, and struggled with low back, shoulder, and knee pain, most of which were of unexplained onset. While recovering from these setbacks were difficult, her personal experiences have helped her treat her patients as she understands the bio-psycho-social influences of rehabilitating from injuries.
Dr. Roh looks forward to connecting with her patients and helping them understand the root of their dysfunction or injuries to restore pain-free movements. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
Greg Sher, PT, DPT
Dr. Sher is an orthopedic and vestibular Physical Therapist with training in soft tissue and joint mobilizations, manipulations, and neurodynamics. He is a former personal trainer and has experience treating acute and chronic dysfunctions, sports injuries, and pre- and post-op rehab including return to sports, joint replacements, and spinal procedures.
In addition to this, he is a vestibular specialist who diagnoses, treats, and cures vertigo (BPPV), along with rehabilitations treatment of other vestibular complications. Graduating with distinction from the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Dr. Sher brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice.
With over 14 years of experience in the health and wellness industry in NYC, Dr. Sher has cultivated a deep understanding of the human body and a passion for helping others achieve their optimal health. His dedication to continuous learning and professional development ensures that he stays at the forefront of his field, providing his patients with the highest quality of care.
Dr. Sher is committed to empowering his patients to overcome injuries and pain, allowing them to lead active and fulfilling lives. As an avid runner, weight lifter, and yogi, he intimately understands the challenges of rehabilitation and approaches patient care with empathy and compassion.
Lynsey Colden, PT, DPT,OCS
Dr. Lynsey Colden is a Board-Certified Clinical Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) Physical Therapist. She received her Doctor of Physical Therapy with honors from Columbia University, NY. Dr. Colden has extensive experience working in orthopedics. She has an emphasis in performing artists and those within the performing arts community, music industry, and tv/film industry. In addition, Dr. Colden has clinical experience working with neurological injuries (e.g., traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, and Parkinson’s Disease) and furthered her education in pelvic floor, enrolling and completing courses through Herman and Wallace.
Throughout her career, Dr. Colden has had the thrill of treating backstage at countless Broadway shows, including Hadestown, & Juliet, Lion King, Aladdin, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, and more. She has also traveled North America providing physical therapy to the performers of the musical Wicked, worked at TV studios, and worked at on-location TV production sites.
Dr. Colden is a former dancer. Following an injury in high school, she recovered fully, which she attributes to the excellent physical therapy she received during recovery. Following the injury, she continued on to receive a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Dance from University of Michigan. She understands the frustration of dealing with an injury while still performing at a high level, and continues to have passion for helping patients navigate their way through injuries without having to stop doing what they love.
Beyond general orthopedic physical therapy, Dr. Colden has extensive experience in manual therapy, vocal tension release, soft tissue massage, manipulations, athletic taping, pre-and post- op rehabilitation, sports medicine, treating chronic injuries, treating acute injuries, and headache management. Additionally, she has experience in neurological injuries, such as stroke, TBI, and Parkinson’s Disease.
