We’re so excited to kick off our mentorship program! We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in a structured mentorship role. This position is ideal for early-career Physical Therapists (1-2 years of previous professional experience) who are eager to develop advanced clinical skills in a high-quality outpatient orthopedic environment. This role includes a structured onboarding period focused on assisted treatment, with progression to independent patient management within our one-on-one care model.
Job requirements:
-Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
-Licensed in New York State
-Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and manual therapy
-Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
-High level of professionalism, curiosity, and coachability
-Desire for mentorship and long-term clinical growth
-Concierge mentality and strong professionalism
